Michelle Rick
Michelle Rick is a New York City based street photographer. She was born and raised in Greenwich Village and Soho where she still lives. Before taking up street photography in 2010, she held jobs at film production companies and magazines and wrote short stories. In her capacity as a photographer, she has shot events like Pride Month and the Coney Island Mermaid Parade for New York City & Company and others, taught workshops at the Click Away Conference, served as a judge for street photography festivals, and exhibited her pictures internationally, most often with the group Women Street Photographers. Her photographs have appeared in Gothamist, The New York Times, The New York Observer, Style.com, The Grand Life Hotels, Time Out New York, and many others... She is also a member of Superluna Collective.
